Terms and conditions

Who we are

RoamOv is a ground-transport app for backpackers, currently in waitlist. These terms apply to this website and to signing up for the waitlist.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free. It does not create a paid contract, guarantee a launch date, or guarantee access to the app once it is live.

We may change how the waitlist works, including ranking, or close it, when we need to.

Your details

You agree to give accurate information when you sign up or write to us, and not to create fake accounts or abuse the referral programme.

Intellectual property

The RoamOv name, logo and content on this site belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except to share your personal referral link.

Liability

The site and waitlist are provided as they are. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, or for the waitlist being delayed, changed or unavailable.
